Gators Drop Double Header State Playoff Game to Harris County

 

Ware County Gators Can't Catch Up To Harris County

 

Ware County Gators fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 10-1 loss to Harris County on Friday. Harris County scored on a single by Ryan Osteen in the first inning, a single by Daniel Miller in the second inning, a single by Brandon Willoughby in the second inning, a home run by Ross Mckibben in the second inning, and a error in the second inning.

The Ware County Gators struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Harris County, giving up ten runs.

Harris County got on the board in the first inning when Osteen singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Harris County scored six runs in the second inning. The offensive firepower by Harris County was led by MillerWilloughbyMckibben, and Bryce Pittman, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Willoughby was on the mound for Harris County. He lasted seven innings, allowing five hits and one run while striking out seven and walking one.

Ware County Gators Takes A Tough Blow From Harris County

Nothing came easy for Ware County Gators on Friday, as they fell 14-2 to Harris County

Ware County Gators opened up scoring in the first inning, when Coleman Tanner homered on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.

Noah Lee earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Harris County. He lasted four innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out two. Bryce Pittman threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. took the loss for Ware County Gators. He lasted three innings, allowing nine hits and 13 runs while striking out three.
